Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare financial reports, draft budget reports, actual vs. budget analysis, carry out internal audits, and examine financial records or statements

2. Ensure local, state, and federal laws and regulations are followed when creating financial records.

3. Perform regular, detailed internal audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments

4. Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable

5. Perform regular business administration, and financial reporting, and keep all financial records, financial documents, and accounting systems up to date

6. Establish accounting policies and procedures, strategic planning and organizational budget and help in planning for long-term financial goals

7. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements

8. Work closely with the M&A teams and analyze financial reports as part of due diligence process 

Qualifications:

1. BSc degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification ( master's degree in accounting or business administration is preferable)

2. Certified Public Accountant

3. Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant

4. Advanced spreadsheet and MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)

5. Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

6. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

MUST HAVE:

1. Experience with IT companies, preferably SaaS

2. High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift

3. Good internet access at home at least 25 MBPS

4. Mobile Hotspot

5. Laptop/Desktop of at least 16 GB
