A full-time Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow Up Analyst wanted for Vericle Pacific Inc (Vericle) - a fast-paced, innovative Internet software and service company with an extraordinary client-centered culture and focus on client relationships. Vericle offers its clients comprehensive cloud-based medical practice management software along with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Administration and Billing Management
  2. Assist with managing practices A/R and help grow the RCM revenue by :
    • Professionally documenting problem solutions
    • Calling US insurance companies to follow-up on claims
    • Checking and updating different claim statuses
    • Discovering and correcting potential denials
    • Reviewing, creating, consolidating and submitting needed medical documents and/or papers for claim denial dispute.
    • Enhancing/creating processes for claims follow up and data entry/payment posting.
    • Correcting payment posting and posting payments obtained from the Medical US Insurance companies.
    • Participating in the RCM Process including Data Analysis and Voice process
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 months of experience
  1. as an AR Caller or
  2. in Analysis and Denial Management or
  3. in Appeal Management, Refiling, and Denial Management
Experience/knowledge in Charge and Payment Posting will be an added advantage
