A full-time Software Helpdesk wanted for Vericle Pacific Inc

Vericle Pacific Inc a Philippine-based company supporting its parent US-Based company - Vericle, a fast paced, innovative Internet billing technology company with extraordinary client-centered culture and focus on client relationships.  Vericle offers comprehensive cloud-based practice management software, billing and revenue cycle management service, and client coaching for maximum profitability, compliance, practice growth, and office efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Customer problem trouble-shooting
  2. Customer training on using Vericle
  3. Promote teamwork with medical service providers 
  4. Respond to basic medical claim billing questions  (mandatory on the job training)
  5. Contribute to building a shared Help Desk knowledge base  
  6. Work together with our software support and account management teams to solve client problems
  7. Professionally document problem solutions (mandatory on the job training)
  8. Work US hours (9-5pm EST or 1pm-9pm EST shifts available)
  9. Have a fast internet connection at home
 
SKILLS
  1. Extremely patient, ready to ask enough questions to understand the root-cause of the problem and the purpose of the action the client is failing to accomplish
  2. Outstanding teamwork
  3. Positive "Can-Do" attitude
  4. Solid problem-solving skills
  5. Very comfortable with computers, web browsers
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication in English (on the job accent training provided)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  1. Candidate must have completed 4 years of Bachelor's / College degree or any equivalent advanced education. (College education in computer science or engineering is a plus)
  2. Experience helping others over the phone. 
  3. Certified Professional Coder is a plus
